I can't believe we just finished our first week of school! Each day was filled with getting to know each other activities, exploring our new classroom, learning new routines and procedures and of course...FUN, FUN, FUN!!!! Thank you for having your child to school on time every day. No one missed out on any fun or beginning of the year procedures.
Next week, we will move into "getting to know how we think and learn" activities. This baseline data will help me create learning groups that meet each student where he/she is. Don't forget, we have a long morning this year, so please pack a healthy snack for our brain breaks.
